CEREMONY DELIVERY OF DIPLOMAS TO GRADUATES OF THE EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND CIVIL SERVICE

Today, February 11th, 2023, our Institute held a ceremonial awarding of diplomas to civil servants, graduates of the ES Master of EP “Public Management and Administration” (by order of the NAUCS).

The event began with the National Anthem of Ukraine and honoring all those who died during the war with a moment of silence. Director of our Institute, Larysa Komakha, made a welcome speech. The Vice-Rector for scientific work of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv – Ganna Tolstanova also congratulated the graduates. Our graduates were also greeted by the guest, Director of the Department (Center) for the provision of administrative services Nataliia Shamrai. An employee of our Institute – Roman Kushnir and his comrades, who are currently participating in hostilities, spoke with greetings.

The Director of the Institute – Larysa Komakha and the methodologist – Tetiana Noshchenko, who organizationally accompanied the masters throughout the period of study, awarded 70 diplomas.

We sincerely congratulate the graduates and will be glad to see them in the postgraduate program of our Institute!
