THE FOURTH LECTURE FROM THE CYCLE OF LECTURES ON CURRENT ISSUES OF GLOBAL AND NATIONAL SECURITY

On May 3, 2023, the fourth lecture by our international partners was held, which conducted by Professor Sonia DROBYSZ. Ms. Sonia works at the international organization VERTIC, which is engaged in the verification of the CBRN of goods and technologies of dual purpose, analyzes the legislation of countries in the field of export of goods and technologies of dual purpose.

The lecture was devoted to the legislative regulation of the export control system. Considered the regulatory acts of the EU and Ukraine, international instruments for the circulation of goods and technologies of CBRN, as well as various cases that took place in the modern history of the EU.
