PARTICIPATION OF OUR STUDENT IN THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL AT WARSAW UNIVERSITY

In the period from June 29 to July 7, 2023, Svitlana PALAMARCHUK, a 3rd-year full-time student of ES "Bachelor", EP "Governance in the Public Sphere", took part in the international summer school "Intercultural Relations in Diplomacy and Public Administration" at the University of Warsaw.

Each academic day included 4 lectures from professors not only of the Polish university, but also of other universities in Europe.

In addition to the lectures, the summer school gave Svitlana the opportunity to meet the Swiss ambassador to Poland thanks to the debates that took place during the training.

Many important topics of international politics were considered, for example, "Between East and West. Emotions and national identity", "Political correctness and discrimination of immigrants", "Symbolic power in European diplomacy", "Central and Eastern Europe in international relations - regional and global perspectives", "The role of culture in building international relations", "Multiculturalism", " Intercultural communication".
