ANOTHER PARTICIPATION IN THE SUMMER SCHOOL IN POLAND OF THE INSTITUTE'S STUDENT

From July 2 to July 8, 2023, Iryna YAVIR, a student of the 2nd year of full-time study of the ES "Bachelor" of the educational program "Governance in the public sphere" (281 specialty "Public management and administration"), took part in the Summer School "Inspiration and manipulation of public opinion as algorithms for gaining and maintaining political power in Europe" in Poznan.

The program was extremely rich: every day 4 lectures by professors of the University named after Adam Mickiewicz.

Summer school participants also had the opportunity to take part in various activities such as Nordic walking and a salsa workshop. In addition, the evening bonfire created a favorable atmosphere for the integration of students from various institutions of higher education in Ukraine.

Thanks to informal communication, a common platform was created for the exchange of opinions and experiences between the participants of the Summer School.

Important topics such as "Freedom of speech and the right to information", "Political reality versus media reality: media manipulation", "Typical public discussions - media debates" and "How to prepare effective speeches for different occasions" were discussed during the training.
