THE THIRD LECTURE FROM THE CYCLE ON GLOBAL AND NATIONAL SECURITY FOR MASTER'S STUDENTS
For the third Wednesday in a row, European colleagues have been giving lectures on topical issues of global and national security for master's students of our Institute.
Today, Professor Quentin Michel of the University of Liege (Belgium), who is a world-renowned expert on strategic trade control, shared the most up-to-date information on sanctions against the russian federation and belarus.
He analyzed in detail the regimes that exist in the world regarding the control of circulation of nuclear, radiological, biological and chemical goods and technologies.
During the lecture, practical cases regarding trade counterparties were considered and decision-making algorithms were discussed when conducting trade operations with dual-use goods and technologies.
