LECTURE OF THE EUROPEAN PROFESSOR JEAN PASCAL ZANDERS

On April 19, 2023, the second meeting of the series of lectures by international professors – experts in global and national security took place.

Jean Pascal Zanders gave a lecture to our students, which was devoted to dual-use technologies: he revealed the essence, features, possible risks and threats.

During the discussion, various real-life cases of illegal proliferation of dual-use technologies were discussed.

A lot of attention was also paid to the CBRN challenges: weapons, goods and technologies, their role in the modern world and how processes of regulation and control of their circulation take place.

We thank our foreign partners and the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine (STCU) for useful knowledge that increases the level of awareness of our students – future specialists who will participate in the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.
