Professional development

The Educational and Scientific Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv conducts professional development of officials of local self-government bodies of the I-IV category of positions under general professional (certificate) and short-term programs in the distance form of education. Upon completion of training, certificates of the state standard are issued.

The professional development occurs for the funds of the state budget and does not require expenses on the part of an official or a local self-government body.

The Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service guarantees a high professional level of trainers-teachers and is ready to help local government officials to form an algorithm of training at the workplace.
The Sector of the organization of professional development of civil servants and officials of local self-government is a division of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Its main task is to provide educational services in professional development of public servants in the field of public management and administration.
